First visit to Bayview Park; indeed first visit to Methil, as far as I can recall, to watch the Buddies beat East Fife and progress to the Quarter finals of the Scottish Cup. Absolutely perishin' with rain, sleet and snow and swirling wind and slipping pitch...and they ran out of pies at half time. The away support was in fine voice and though I had about 5 layers on I still spotted the bare-bellied Buddy on view. What a laugh for a day out! 2-3 flattered the home team...great third goal for the Saints...hope we can avoid Celtic in the last eight! A trip to the Maryhill Magyars would be good!

( I had to check who the Magyars were...)
thanks to ER for the round up. Hope the man flu eases soon, sounds no fun at all.
The Foxes I'm afraid have a lot to do. They were very poor at SMS recently, and you really have to defend better than they did for the first goal today. Real basic stuff.
I'm still sweating on a ticket for the final. Need three for me and the lads, got two in the bag.........
Fingers crossed it is looking hopeful.
Can't complain at the ticket prices actually, £40 for the back of the top tier, not bad for a major final.
well that's what we are calling it.....
Owls still right in that 3 way Yorkshire play off place scrap......I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
I am not a number, I am a free man.

Unfortunately, I think that'll be as far as we're going - just what I didn't want, 'tic at 'tic Park in the Quarters - think we should put out a weakened team. We're still in another Cup - the Irn-Bru Cup, though I never knew anyone to drink the Ba Bru out of a cup - next week we're taking on the all-conquering Welsh New Saints at Paisley...could be intriguing!
Sorry to hear of the Leicester travails - plenty time to go yet, Alison!
