Don't suppose we can blame him.
He's won the league and maybe now sees Arsenal as a step up,certainly a pay rise I would think.
Seems an unlikely Wenger signing though, perhaps with Vardy they will have something new,a plan B.

Ian Wight left Palace for Arse and kissed the badge in front of Palace fans when he scored for them against us. This has never quite been forgotten although he did sort of make up for it by donning a Palace shirt again for the Geoff Thomas testimonial match.

....Back to Fridays Eng match with Portugal....I thought it very bad sportsmanship from Harry Kane to play-on and try to score an advantage when he was excitingly kissed on the brow by Bruno Alves studs....had Pepe got the same treatment, one of his spasms would surely of flung him over the Wembley Arch....Well done Harry, thats the way....

...and Brighty joined the Owls to add to to our arsenal, but Wrighty's lot just outgunned us in two cups. Finals at Wembley

Another midsummer blow for poor Sainty. But plenty of body punches coming my way before long I suspect.

Saints will probably get Moyes in the old manager go round. I see Nigel's got a new job, Alison - probably not good for the Owls for Derby to have a good manager!

Saints fans mostly seem keen on one of yer fancy euro managers, of a high profile nature.
At least we can say goodbye to mid season slumps..

My employer is allowing us to watch the England v Wales Euro 2016 match next Thursday on a TV set in the canteen specially imported for the purpose but as I've not got much interest in the round ball game I did wonder whether I could get time off to watch Royal Ascot instead? if not, why not?

Why not join them in the canteen, lose yourself amongst your colleagues and watch the racing on an I pad, listen to it on the radio or maybe listen to some Mahler through headphones.
