I have watched some of the games,it's been a super competition,but I didn't watch the final.

Scottish Cup 5th round.

They'll have been singing on the streets of Raith all night after the Rovers dumped the Teddy Bears out of the Scottish Cup yesterday afternoon. What a total debacle at Ibrox - I almost feel sorry for the Rangers' fans - bunch of directors, players, staff milking the money out of the tin, the fans powerless and now they've got nice Mike from Newcastle baling them out.

No games for St Mirren (but Ross County's heavy defeat helps the cause)and East Stirlingshire.

Hope we can drag another team or two into the mire with us. I ended up with relatives at a misty Turf Moor yesterday and saw a very enjoyable 90 minutes. Poor ref decisions combined with Pulis 'professionalism' cost Burnley the victory. Some fine players on show I have to say - Ings a good handful.

Good to see Caley Thistle dump their bogey team out of the cup - hopefully Spartans FC in the next round.

So sad to see Ghana lose on pens - only they could lose from 2-0 after two penalties. Instead of playing Gyan and substituting him just before the end of extra time they should have done the opposite: play Jonathan Ayew and bring Gyan on as a penalty taker. It was no surprise when the young guy who replaced him missed his penalty. Yet another near thing, and wailing and gnashing of teeth in Accra.

Yes, I remember his 'professionalism' when he was at Stoke and they were the dirtiest team in the Premiership. It's strange to hear him talk about Berahino lacking proper role models. Still, Burnley should have known what to expect.
