Sad to lose but it was a great day and a magnificent performance.

Those of a cynical nature might note that the FAW don't have any professional teams of their own so would have no way of getting co-efficient points and the like without a team like TNS who can occasionally get a result against distracted teams from the Faroes.)

Looks like the SPL other relegation/playoff spot will be between Killie and Hibs who play each other in the last game of the season.

I walked into the pub after our choir practice last night just as Palace equalised and drew attention to myself with a very loud exclamation of glee. I made sure I got home in time for MotD highlights. A great result and terrific atmosphere in the ground with non-stop community singing. I hope Man City are grateful.

nah it's just a phase he is going through .... Chelsea under Jose can and do play very attractive attacking football to win Premier League/European Championships/FA Cups and based on a sound defence [also part of football] .. he is a bigmouth agreed but mostly he lives up to the hype ... what you term negative can as easily be seen as shrewd tactical game plans - if it were just negative he would finish mid-table like Stoke under Pulis ....According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.

Yes, of course I don't mean he's a bad manager - he's a very clever one, and his tactics to plan the defeat of Barcelona when managing Inter Milan were exemplary. It's just that his plans are usually based around conceding very few goals rather than scoring many. Chelsea have only scored two thirds as many goals as Liverpool and MC this season and have rarely destroyed teams with attacking football in the way those teams have. There are quite a few teams below Chelsea I would rather watch than them - Everton, Southampton and Swansea, for instance - and I think that's telling.

The jaggies are not out of it yet, but Hibs and Killie look the likely ones. Mind you, with Hearts and Rangers down there, some big games await in next year's championship.

why Fulham failed
aeolium the lack of effective strikers has been very noteworthy at les bleus this season and Jose is also aware that his midfield has at times been more ticky tacky than penetrative ... next season will answer the point i think ...According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.
