I could be way off here, cloughie, but I don't think Moyesy would go near the Toon owner with a bargepole.

Without changing my mind about his ability to do it I don't think it will happen either - I think Moyes, having been denied the chance to complete the task at ManU will rebuild a not too broke sleeping giant.

Whilst that 'orrid Mikie Astly is there, I am surprised wether any manager would go but under the right business conditions, maybe so?

The Premiership decider is surely today's game at Goodison Park.

Oh, I don't know. Atletico has always been my Spanish Club. I'm an armchair supporter of many clubs throughout Europe, in different leagues. it means I can keep reasonably sane whilst lamenting the fortunes of Stockport County to my grave.

all the best of luck to those forum teams whose fate is still to be determined!

Won't make much difference to The Toon. :(

I didn't expect West Ham to beat Tottenham. i bet the latter are in two minds about having sacked their previous manager.

                          Oh dear me.
                          Bristol Rovers relegated.

Calamitous, ever for serial under achievers like Rovers.

Maybe if Anna hadn't taken up their cause they would have finished bottom....

                            Hot off the press.

BBM will be on the Spitfire juice this evening after the very late drama in the championship and Toon winning.

Newcastle United 3 Cardiff City 0 . Some cheer for the Toon army at last.
Swansea City 0 Southampton 1. Last minute Lambertinho winner secures a top 8 finish.
Ipswich Town 2 Sheffield Wednesday 1. Owls end the season in 16th place.
Leicester City 1 Doncaster Rovers 0. Champions end up with 102 points !!!
Nottingham Forest 1 Brighton 2. Incredible,91st minute winner secured the last play off spot at the expense of Reading, will play Derby County in the semi.
                            Sheffield United 2 Coventry City 1. Let a lead slip,finished 18th.
Wolves 3 Carlisle United 0. Champions end up with 103 points !!!
Accrington Stanley 3 Wimbledon 2. Late fightback, ended the season 20th,3 points clear of the relegation zone.
Bristol Rovers 0 Mansfield 1. Sad day for the forum, with Wycombe winning,Rovers are relegated to the conference on goal difference.

Scunthorpe United 2 York City 2. From 2-0 down, play off semi to come v Fleetwood Town.
Hibernian 1 Partick Thistle 1. Took an early lead but conceded very late,9th,2 points clear of the dreaded relegation play off.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle 1 Dundee United 1. Took the lead early on,remain 5th.
St Mirren 1 Ross County 0. Dizzy heights of 7th place,5 points clear of the relegation play off spot.

                            Chelsea play Norwich tomorrow.
Crystal Palace play Liverpool on Monday.

Non forum drama too,Birmingham survive on goal difference after a 92nd minute equaliser at Bolton.
Cardiff and Fulham have gone,Norwich may well be all but gone if they lose to Chelsea.
Looks like the Sunderland miracle may well happen after their brilliant win at old trafford.

In other news,Stockport County's player of the season award is a rollover.

                            Oh,and come on you toffees
