Wrexham supporters may care to know that brett appeared in the FA cup Final for the super Saints 10 years ago.

Thank the Lord Bristol Rovers got a draw against Hartlepool!
I met my friend Mike today first thing over the cheese section at Waitrose! He's Bristol born and bred (with one of them funny accents) and he was doing a quick shop to take to his old Mum in Bedminster, take her to the hairdressers, cook her lunch and then - off to the match!! He asked for my crossed fingers that they wouldn't lose ...... Not the result we wanted, but I think we're happy

I so miss my trips to Eastville. Had some wonderful afternoons there following the Saints, and the occasional afternoon in the Tote end pretending to support rovers. They didn't clean the place up after Friday night dog meetings either, AFAIR !!

He is indeed, and during the Winter he always wears his Bristol Rovers knitted beanie!! He is lovely, and a staunch Methodist to boot - does that play a part in Rovers v City? I don't know. Anyway, it's a result of a sort in that it's not a defeat.
