Thanks for The round up ER.
Great quick revenge for Stockport over Hyde.
Elsewhere, bit more of a mixed bag. Honours to LCFC, for tonking "My team in the North"...rellies won't be too happy!

I was lucky enough to be at SMS today, to see an excellent contest which we probably deserved to win. Plenty to do, but we are moving in the right direction.

Yes, and I once met a Manchester United supporter who was from Manchester. Or did I just dream it?

which of course reminds us of the old joke,
" How Many Man u fans does it take to change a light bulb?".

        Answer : 10.
1 to change the bulb, 8 to buy and wear the " I watched the light bulb being changed " edition replica united shirt, and 1 to drive the minibus back to Surrey.

Sorry to quote myself but I've just read this in my paper: Wolves manager Stale Sobakken gives an honest appraisal of his Wolves side - "We're in the deep s*** at the moment".

Reminds me of the old Strachan Days at SMS, Gurney !!

How was the pre match and HT entertainment at Selhurst.
It was a riot at Easter when we visited !!

Not surprising really - when they needed a fresh manager they got a stale one!

Firhill waterlogged - the canal must have burst its banks. Solid point for the Saints before the winter shutdown - think they're back on the 19th, reinvigorated for their charge on Europe...or denuded of decent players.

I'm hoping for a less than athletic Wigan performance and a cup upset this afternoon...

Clearly one team looked premiership class against lowlier opposition... that premiership class team being Brighton, of course.
