    Richard Tarleton: Guest

If you are still reading this, I sincerely hope your ‘time off (re: the Pope Francis thread #16)’ is a short one. Please don’t leave us. I (and I’m sure a lot of us) shall very much miss your posts with all those various subjects you enlighten and entertain us.

Richard Tarleton is one of the many stars of the Forum - it will twinkle less brightly without his contributions and I hope that he will either reconsider his decision to take time out, or that such time will be short.

He's taking a bit of a rest to concentrate on other things. If he forgets us, I shall remind him!
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

I couldn't have put it better myself. Heartily endorsed.

Thank you all , - back after brief sabbatical, usefully spent. On having a look round, several of my favourite topics....looking forward to getting back.

                    Welcome back!!
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

I've posted a 'welcome back' on the butterfly thread so I hope it doesn't seem excessive if I join in the celebrations here - welcome back RT
