It will take me a couple of days
i've not listened to any music for the last three weeks
(but did make some rather interesting insect recordings in the South Of France)
ears well and truly cleaned
and many rivers swum etc etc

Bin to the lakes for a few days. Broke the rules by listening to RVW, Rubbra etc on Headphones in exquisite places.
