Today must be good news for composers and transcribers! I have now finished my transcription of Sibelius's Finlandia, for school concert band. I have also included a part for junior choir and organ. As my school has these, might as well make use of!

Went to the docs yesterday, and everything going very well. I certainly feel that way. But I have to listen to what my body tells me. though, if I feel tired, which, is normally after lunch, I usually have a nap. So that does present a certain limitation of things during the daytime, unfortunately.Don’t cry for me

Natural cynicism aside, I had absolutely no idea that red bricks were around so long ago and those in the picture seem in remarkably good condition?
