Seems to be a rule of pancake making that the first couple don’t really work so well.
I like them with lemon and sugar too.

We just had pancakes with ham, spinach, brie and leek, a recipe from the Lakeland website, they were really nice!

I just discovered that in using youtube on Microsoft edge, as opposed to internet explorer, when you slow a video down then pause it, it stays slowed down - for whatever reason - important thing is, it makes me more efficient in figuring stuff out by ear.

My problem with International Days is that some people use them as an excuse to immediately forget whatever was being celebrated until the Day in question comes around again.
