Quite right, and it can become harassment and bullying to keep on, publicly, about any one individual.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Oh, he liked the odd whisky that's for sure, but I very much doubt it.

Scottycelt, according to some, had a rather apt avatar, though he did seem to wear it with a uselessly defiant pride at times, ultimately drowning in a sea of intellectual homo sapiens hostility.

Partick Thistle supporters, of whatever species, are also widely noted for their smug, superiority complexes and Brucknerians are notorious bores. In truth, he did not really have a lot going for him with so many nice, gentle Brahmsians and bravely patriotic special pleaders for largely long-forgotten British composers around. Furthermore, he hardly deserved to be mentioned quite in the same breath as some other recently departed and much-missed ex-contributors here.

          P. G. Tipps, in comparison, is a creature of rare modesty who knows his place and who is perfectly happy to remain under his own hairy skin, at least most of the time.

This relatively laid-back feature of his natural personality has already brought some of his close relatives a few surprising but undeniably rich rewards ...

So just eat your heart-on-sleeve out, puny and pathetic little Scottycelt ...

You love indulging in sweepng generalisations so much that someone ought to give you a broom rather than a medal...

?? Last activity was 16th Aug morning. On holiday?

We've exhausted all leads on amateur, I'm afraid.

Someone'll have to visit Willesden Green, his manor, near to the local mosque he once mentioned as nearby his flat, and look out for a gay man with a beard iirc, a wheelchair user (?) in his (?) early 60s.

                        That should present no problems.

Well, I'm afraid that I for one do not know, despite having sent him a couple of direct emails in past months.

Never mind the why and wherefore. I would ring the merry bells if Anna reappeared (under that or any other pseudonym).
