It was a female poster, we emailed often, she lived in Scotland, owned a yacht and took long journeys in it. I fear for her too, she was Sigolene Euphemia. She had bad health too.

I tried to contact her but, as you say, she disappeared.

That's it - I remember now. I do hope she is OK. Her use of words and descriptions were absolutely beautiful. I wonder if she is, (and hope not 'was') a writer.....?

Completely unexpectedly gone on a kind of long business trip (fewer than 5 hours between the initial phone call and my boarding a plane ), without much music (and I didn't have much time to enjoy/listening to music anyway), Mrs Roehre keeping a nkind of eye on what was happening on these boards:

many thanks for the PMs and the good wishes during my absence, much appreciated

Thanks ts, we succeeded in keeping the dead line (but it was a nerve-racking "only just").

                Yes, welcome back Roehre.

I'm a little concerned that we haven't heard from gamba since the 4th June. I hope all is well old friend

Rubbernecker (who made his presence felt for a while here, not least on AA) has forsaken the precincts of The Forum for the gradients of energetic bicycle-based pursuits and snug-fitting lycra He thrives though...

                          Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

The two pursuits are not mutually exclusive.

You need to take up cycling clearly Cally! All regulars know that 20-30 hours per week is the max the body will take. Pro and amateur bike riders tend to spend a lot of time on the net.

No, I think you'll find that's an excuse and that other reasons are at play...
