Is there a small amount of damage each time, which accumulates, or can the body tolerate small, preferably infrequent, doses of such drugs without damage, or with repairable damage?
Paracetamol seems particularly dangerous as the margins above the recommended doses seem rather slim. That's why I'd normally take aspirin or ibubrofen instead - and yes - I do know about the supposed dangers of aspirin.
