Oh, it does appear if you're already viewing a topic. I could do that (I think). It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

I was thinking the other day that Ardcarp has been quiet, not posted since October. I guess FF may know something as he was a mod of some sort ( on The Choir ? ) at some point.I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I have now made some enquiries and I can confirm that he was in his late 70s and sadly died last year, shortly after posting for the last time.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
