Having had a look on his profile he was posting in every month in 2017, right up to mid-November. Nothing since. I do hope he's ok.

I really miss his wonderful commentary on all things Bruckner. As I said, I hope he's ok.

Have a look in Scotty, and let us know you're alright!!

Various gardening problems have been talked about on the Grow your own thread but no sign of umslopogaas. His last activity was 28 February. I hope he is just being too busy to post.

I wonder if Gordon has left/disappeared. He was obviously very knowledgeable about technical matters, and it would be a shame to lose/have lost him.

I know he was one to contribute when there was something that interested him, but he drifted away when there wasn’t.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Not sure if the software is any indication, but attempts to send a PM (or at least initiate a PM) do come up with a name prompt. Does that indicate that he's still "in the system", or is that not the case? What about the "right to be forgotten" - though I suppose one might want to be forgotten, but not actually exercise such a right.

He’s still a member but hasn’t logged in since March.

I worry about EdgeleyRob - no activity here for getting on a month (20.7.18)... Was due to meet up at the Manze/RVW London Symphony Prom on 31.7 but no sign that he made it...

Hope Rob is ok and will be back soon.
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                              Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

I had been thinking about this. I sensed there was something rather Lawrence Oates about his last posts. I echo your sentiments. I do hope he's not in too bad a place.
