Ok, despite ahinton's view, let me make another rash guess that it is Ferneyhough, and one of his piano works:

But not Lemma Icon Epigram - that has every time signature under the sun apart from 5/32 etc

I don't know. I didn't know Ferneyhough had ever used the inter-staff barlines as seen here. As it's not handwritten, it must be post 2000; are you teasing us with a new work for piano? (I presume it's for piano, owing to the lovely synchronized scrunch in bar two?) But it's not a work I know! (Retires in humiliation and changes name to Ferneyhoughvaguelyaware.)
