If you are stopping in on Friday, and can't face any more RND, can I recommend this, especially for 70's rockers?

Watch live BBC TV channels, enjoy TV programmes you missed and view exclusive content on BBC iPlayer.

Looks great stuff. I have got the beers in for that little lot !!
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

Oops - see what you mean, it was the "70s rockers" tag in Sight and Sound In Concert that must have caught my eye!

                  Sure about that?

Got newly arrived Mackerras Elgar 1 sitting in the CD drawer waiting for a first play when the moment is right.

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                  Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Beats baroque springs and red noses.
Enjoy the Elgar Cal,I think it's a cracker.

I'm rehearsing on Friday evening and will go straight home to bed after that I think, So won't partake of any red nose offers. However, if the Dear Leader and his Politburo permanently resign in aid of RND then I would certainly part with some cash for 'charidee'.

Well, that was quite good - certainly better than "comic" relief! Could have done with more Whistle Test clips and less TOTP perhaps. A little bit of whispering Bob between the acts might have been quite good too.

One or two little gems on the "Pub Rock" show.

The Graham Parker documentary is well worth watching.
                            He is a class musician.

NDR Kultur was excellent, as always.
