Anybody around for a Monday night chat?

Another poor result for the Foxes and a tough cup draw to match current mood.

Interesting to see Rouses Third and Fourth symphonies hailed as record of the year by the estimable David Gutman in Gramophone.

Pet: Exciting release of a new Haitink Mahler 3 Friday 30 December.

Oh you do love your Mahler 3s chuck, and why not

I had Leicester to draw in my Saturday acca, but others let me down so I forgive them.

Looking forward to my daughter's graduation ceremony on Wednesday,Bachelor of Science with honours in Midwifery.
She is 30 so left it late,4 years hard work around running a home and family have paid off.

Congratulations to your daughter ER, hope you all have a great day.

            Those days are hard earned.

I could do with a few more Mahler 3's, but I've never heard it live, and that is more of a priority for me.

Perhaps the rouse should go on my pressie list, or next years list. I'm hoping to be doing more CD buying in 2017.
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I am not a number, I am a free man.

                she knows I'm hoping to.

and that my buying this year has been very modest.

                as for the future........

Yes, a big well done to your daughter Robbo.

I could see her being a very caring lady.

Sorry, having started the conversation I nodded off with the Boro match not helping.

I really fancy giving those Rouse symphonies a try.
