        and the weekend too.

Just downloaded and burned those Magnard symphonies, so some good listening lined up for the week , and at a great price .

Remembrance Sunday always has me panicking about Christmas shopping yet to be started

I got my brothers I pad for Christmas today. The new ones are very light and rather desirable.

I do enjoy a trip to the West End. Selfridges seemed a bit bland yet pricey. Ive become more of a John Lewis girl. A second visit to the shard followed this afternoon. Good to see the sunset up there and such a clear day in London too.

At least Chelmsford didn't lose this weekend.

The Foxes did though! League position not really affected however.

Enjoying a Sunday evening rest for a change. Enjoy fiddling around with the apple airplay system while in bed!

Got Heldenleben playing at the moment (Chicago/Haitink).

Thanks for all the football updates Rob.

For once, a true weekend off. I've been mostly immersed in the Britten 100 events from Suffolk and the Barbican, as well as (less happily) events from Brisbane.

Had my sister over for Sunday lunch and negotiated re Christmas - for once, am heading to hers, so shan't have to cook!

This evening, more Britten - received the new LSO Live Turn of the Screw earlier in the week, so may well give it a ghostly late-night spin.
