    Even given iffy knowledge, either he should check pronunciation or question researcher could indicate. It annoys me when people don't take the trouble to get things right.

                              a = more like 'o'

                              Hence it sounds more like Tomas than Tamas.

                              Surname sounds like Vasary - with equal stress on the three syllables...
