The image appears in The Envy of the World.....L to R, Tippett, Sieghart, Laslett, Roy Walker, Olivier, Needs, RVW. Who Walker is, no idea, he doesn't appear in the index. Needs, it sems, was the one who kicked the whole thing off (pp 171-2). All I can think about Needs is, whilst his role in kicking the thing off meant he earned a place in the room, he wasn't important enough to have a seat at the table. Poor bloke does look a bit uncomfortable - his pose attentive, deferential.....And had Olivier given RVW a black eye earlier?Comment
