- when they, government apologists for market pricing meaning heating bills rise all the time, are not saying, "Then put something extra on, you nincompoop, and stop complaining", they say, "well, get up and go out for a brisk walk to get that circulation going". But the effect on the legs of being in prolonged chill air is very strange, I find.
