i feel sure that others are following Borgen with interest. The way parties operate seems quite alien when compared with the procedures in the UK. Also, in episode 6 of the latest series there is a parliamentary debate leading to a "bill". This seems strange, as I don't think a vague proposal of intent such as in that episode would be considered as a bill in the UK. Facinating stuff. Can someone make it clearer?
PS: Listening again to the relevant section, the word used is something like "forslag" which I suspect means proposal, rather than bill, but in that case what status do such "proposals" have in Denmark?
