No, so why not do some work on that yourself? You've plenty of spare time.

We should all do that - recently discovered elements were added to the table as recently as May 2012.

This isn't a bad way (but others may well have been "discarvard").

I'm thinking about starting a campaign in support of "irrelevant education"

as a counter to the current fashion for trying to turn learning into a set of supposedly "useful" skills that one can use in a "job"
because as we all know (don't we ?) the only thing of any value is something one does for someone else that they will pay you for .........

                failing that
a campaign to get Ken Robinson to come back to the UK and take over education

Because if you have people who think, and believe in thinking,at the top, you risk having people thinking all over the place?
If I were dave, I would worry if I thought people were going around thinking.

well ebacc is just cheaper innit .... and if you want culture, real literacy you can buy it or go to an academy ... which are now transfer costing the bog standard comps because there is an inconvvenient £1bn overspend on that pet project of Gove's for the lower middle classes Academies ... that fixes the tory vote eh ...

If you signed the e petition thing, you should have received, or shortly receive an email, which is asking for submissions explicitly supporting a 6th pillar of Arts. Or something.

working on the assumption that gove won't like it, I sent one.
