I think i am right in saying that i am the only person in history to have spent a 5 day sight seeing holiday in Rome, and failed to see the Cistine chapel !! DOH !!

Actually, I don't think anyone has seen it. Even the Pope.

I checked Wiki and it said Cistine...thats how we spell it in Wiltshire anyway, so there.
Speaking of cisterns.....if that sort of thin pulls your chain, its good that our aristocracy are filling their time well as "custodians of the countryside" etc, and not wasting it writing books about public toilets !

One thing I have noticed on my mother's side of the family is how they tend to turn the "an" word into "a".

I sometimes wonder when and how I realised that over a quarter of words didn't begin with "n".
