        I suspect it means heavily promoting their products in regions where smoking is less, or not, regulated, including the Far East and Africa, and trying to sell more e-cigarettes and the like.

                            Ocado is to open a new CFC near Bristol. Unaware that they sold or distributed chlorinated fluorocarbons, I read on, thus discovering that the new facility is in fact a 'Customer Fulfilment Centre'.

                                Seems it is just a distribution depot - I wonder if it is visually comparable to the ‘Green Hills of Morrison’ alongside the M5 near Bridgwater?
