Other words which are more frequently used in Scotland with slightly different meanings are “without”, and “outwith”.
Years ago a lady from Edinburgh told me that she found her newly acquired Barclaycard useful for messages, which turned out to mean shopping.
(I'm pleased to see that not everybody believes that the Pilgrim Fathers started their voyage from Plymouth).

But do you say "momenTARILY", or "moMENtarily"? For me, always the latter.

Well if they didn’t there are many misguided people in Plymouth preparing celebrations in 2020. They must have the vision!

.... I've never encountered your "moMENtarily", serial.

For me the primary stress wd be on the first syllabub, with a secondary stress on the antepenult :

            MOM en tar ily

            .

I’m not with any of you. Leave the road surfacing out of it!

It is said there are, but the Pilgrim Fathers left from Southampton, the place they'd all gathered from different parts for the purpose. However, they sprung a leak and had to put into Plymouth for repairs. :)

Tendring District Council has a very poor recycling rate - 27% - but has been addressing the issue following the establishment of a 'Councillor Task and Finish Group' (?)
