    YES!

There's being a growing trend on the kitchen-based progs I've seen in the last few years for cooks to be unable to use a straightforward verb. There ALWAYS seems to be a particle of some sort, as you say.

    They need finishing off, BeefO!

Lettuce hope this trend stops soon, and they turn over a new leaf.

Sadly though I think things will romaine unchanged.

Oh, what a little gem you are! Why? Cos I say so! LOL(lo rosso or biondo)!

Some of these things are so cumbersome, though, aren't they?

As for tossing off a salad, one might suppose that one would start with radicchio - or maybe nuts?...

And the less said about Pulled Pork, the better (ditto, Hand Raised Pork Pies).

Yes - Kermit aside, what is this? Juts plain old "shredded pork" doing a Hyacinth Bucket?

Overlooked shredded pork, normally served with a medley of seasonal vegetables, a duo of (take your pick) and a vacuum of imagination.
