My partner & I have been thinking of buying a new cooker hob, & thought we might get a bargain from the Comet sale (every cloud has a silver lining, or, somebody always benefits from another person's misery). Our main concern, though, is what happens if it doesn't work, or goes wrong after Comet is closed? Obviously the manufacturer's guarantee would hold, but would the fact that the seller no longer exists cause any problems?
