Hopefully i have some good thursday concerts lined up for October.
Thursdays have been a bit routine in September.
September has, I suppose , never been a classic month for thursdays.

Well I've just had a little Thursday home concert (a la Petrushka) DSCH 1 and 7 (the best two of his 15,but only IMVHO),now I'm having one of my funny turns,heads gone,fit for nothing.

I have long felt Thursday to be the big night of the concert week.

When it comes to the Proms the big night of the week is most often a Friday and so it proved again this year.

As mentioned on another thread, I'm off work tomorrow to meet up with a couple of friends so this Thursday turns out to be one of the better kind.

gone in the blink of an eye........

still a good concert on the radio, its nearly the weekend, cats are in, done the food shopping, working at home tomorrow, got paid, got tix for the game Sunday, so can't complain......

Time is funny, for sure.We should enjoy the moment,though. Having said that, looking forward very much to next Thursday...Brahms at the RFH !!
