Any road up, I am hammering into this frosty Thursday with Mr Sibelius and his cunningly titled Symphony #6

Not damning with faint praise - it is a great work but it strikes when opening up Sibelius 6!

Another week going by in a flash as the relentless progress towards Christmas continues.

Lots of ageing folk out for lunchtime meals strikes me as another aspect of the quintessential Thursday.

don't even think of going for a bite in a garden centre on over 60's day this time of year...positively dangerous !!
Last Thursday seems to have passed without incident, judging by the thread.
I am thinking of having a bit of a Beethoven Thursday...but 40 minutes before I leave, so time to change. Heading west.......

Wonderful anchors in such a dizzying time of the year.

Well before you know it we are almost at the second one of 2013.
I am expecting a good day, cool but pleasant weather, and some good things going on.
