After a rubbish week at work last week, a really busy and brilliant weekend with my family for my Nan's 90th birthday, I think i need a rest so today I am having a day off!

I cycled thru the seaside where I live ,past the funfair. then continued round the coast into the countryside. Quite a long country park! Didn't rain until 7pm so dived into a real ale pub in Rainham and watched a poker game, which may I say, was nothing like what it's like on television. Vicky Coren wasnt even there!
