    Sleep deprivation & exams...

A fairly unsurprising online article warns students that late cramming with severe loss of sleep isn't the optimal pre-examination strategy.

This is how the article starts: "Do you regularly book yourself in for a last-minute Shakespeare session? Are you a fan of the late-night date with Pythagorus?"

Wonder if its author had been practising what (s)he preached???
I keep hitting the Escape key, but I'm still here!

Any chance of a link there, LMP?
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

      Here, Rover!

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Insomnia undoubtedly accounts for some of the cr*p I've posted on this website...
