We wish to make a claim in the liquidation of the above firm in respect of the instructions sent by them to Lord Fafner Q.C in respect of Mr and Mrs Walse's claim -v-BBC .

Lord Fafner had provided considerable amounts of advice and assistance in this case , although he was unable to complete the particulars of claim due to unforeseen circumstances - yet Loge, Froh and Donner LLP had consented to us passing the instructions to his brother Lord Fasolt to complete .


The pleadings were duly delivered by Lord Fasolt and we now claim one Freia as agreed .
