Leeds City Council Social services are to Investigate how a convicted benefits cheat condoned incest between his twin children Siegmund and Sieglinde, following allegations by his wife.

Wotan Walse of Valhalla, Acacia Avenue, Leeds had recently been released from prison having served a sentence for fraudulently claiming housing benefit for his ten bedroom home.
He had nine daughters from a previous relationship and had claimed that he needed these rooms to house them, as well as making a claim for the stabling of their horses.
Investigations revealed that he had once been rich, but had used all his money settling a debt with his builders.
He has also been convicted of fraudulently claiming the Disability Benefit Allowance on the basis of partial blindness, claiming the loss of an eye.
Leeds Social Services' Fraud Unit had discovered Mr Walse wearing his eye patch on different sides, and once caught him clearly in possession not only of vision, but of both orbits.
All the girls were on Antisocial Behaviour Orders (ASBOS) following repeated complaints from neighbours about the unruly behaviour.
Mrs Nibbling of Acacia Avenue told the BBC: "It was awful. The girls made our lives a misery. They had a gang they called the Valkyries.
They were very noisy and would ride their horses down the avenue at all hours.
The worst one was Brunhilde, who used to scream a ghastly war cry which sounded like ‘Hoyotoho! Hoyotoho, Heiaha! Heiaha! Heiahaha!'"

Brunhilde had an ASBO for carrying offensive weapons.
Mr Walse’s first wife was the mother of the twins Siegmund and Sieglinde. She had been brutally murdered while Mr Walse was out shopping.
Sieglinde had been abducted by the murderers but later escaped. She later unexpectedly met her brother when on her gap year.
At the time they did not know that they were related, and had started living together. When their father heard about it, instead of reporting the matter, he actively encouraged their union.
Ms Sieglinde is now pregnant. Leeds Social Services have convened a pre-birth Child Protection Conference, and are expected to seek a Child Protection Order at birth
