The BBC have handed this matter to their solicitors Messrs Trailer and Tweet and they will be in contact with you in due course.

I wish to make it clear that Mr Walse has been caught on many occasions wandering wild through woods in disguise, so your assertion that the photographs were fakes won’t wash.

We intend to defend your allegations robustly, if necessary fighting in court, or to the death, whichever is more economical to the BBC licence fee payers.

Re: Walse and Others v Itch and the British Boradcasting Corporation.

We are in receipt of your unconvincing response of this morning.

Messrs Trailer and Tweet have invited us to respond to them via their Facebook page. We have texted a complaint to the BBC Trust cc the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Your reliance on unsubstantiated tittle tattle and gossip is laughable as is your report to the police based on Mr or Mrs Flosshilde's self confessed reliance on "rumour". We have launched a complaint of wasting police time and have also made an application under the Mental Health Act in the light of Mr or Mrs Flosshilde's ravings about "hanging being too good" for our clients.

Further, we have been in direct contact with Ms G.B Chung, head of Leeds Social Services, and it is quite clear that members of her team have colluded with the Nibblings to produce forged documentation to our clients' detriment.

However we anticipate some delay in obtaining further instructions as we understand that a fire has started at our clients' residence which is naturally preoccupying them at the moment.

Also Lord Fafner QC of Tarnhelm Chambers seems to have disappeared.

We shall write further when we are in a position to do so.

Onlookers were shocked to see Wotan Walse, who was obviously distressed by his son’s death, casually walk up to Hunding and stab him through the heart.
