I find, not being a tennis player although we did it at school and I was useless, I don't understand the scoring. I also find the grunting of the ladies irritating. However, as I came out in support of The Dour Scots Laddie yesterday I guess I'll watch the mens final. Is that a 3 set or a 5 set (I didn't know there were different rules for men and women), if it's a finish at 11pm job then I won't watch.Comment

And, I did ask yesterday, why Murray is disliked and I got the answer "he's not terribly polite" well, neither was that bloke who had a fit of the vapours and kicked the linesman and nor was petulant John McEnroe. I think people are biased because he's Scottish, doesn't drink, is not glamourus like Agassi was, it not a cheating love rat like Borg and has no sense of humour. Oh. Well that applies to McEnroe, Borg and countless other tennis players doesn't it? In fact, apart from possibly Agassi I can't think of a single pretty boy tennis player and he was a bit too much aging rock star looks. And the women are hardly any better in the beauty stakes.
