Well, as the only British man to get into the Finals since 1938 I will be cheering him on. Of course it's tribal, surely you want to UK to triumph?
No, Anna, I don't. I thought I'd said that already. There are now two unwatchable finals from my point of view. One has Murray in it, and the other has the human machine Serena Williams in it. I may watch them anyway

I really like Serena - she's not British and she's no underdog
I hope Murray wins so that the Press and BBC stop going on about Fred Perry who won in 1936.
not an attractive player to watch though.........
For what it's worth, the Twitter 'trends' for the UK (i.e. the most-mentioned topics) not an hour after Murray's win included:
Scot
Virginia Wade
Fred Perry
Tim Henman
Roger Federer
.... but not actually Andy Murray.
Vox populi....
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
