Hey, they're still celebrating their cultural link up in Dull.

As a resident of the Parish of Dull, Perthshire, I had quite missed this thread. A local traffic hazard is coming on people stopped on the main road with one of them taking a photo of the other(s) with the roadsign for "Dull" pointing at their head (usually woman taking photo of man). By all accounts (not that I would know anything about it as I am hopelessly out of touch with what is going on), it's a hotbed of seething feuds, passions etc etc and anything but dull.
