I watched this with interest but saw nothing that I wasn't already aware of. Much easier to bribe an employee than try and hack into a bank's database. Pay the bank employee a few bob and they'll print out anyone's bank account statement for you. A criminal act, I thought. Not according to LloydsTSB who were found to have an employee who had done just that. Lloyds' response? "We have sent the employee for retraining".
Retraining? This is a criminal offence surely? So much for LloydsTSB's mantra "we take the confidentiality and security of your bank account details seriously'.
