Which Forum category is the least squabbly......?

Which Forum category (eg Performance, The Choir, Platform 3, etc) is the least squabbly and most good natured?

couldn't say, but "The round ball Game" is a really nice thread. All welcome, we all wish each other luck (sometimes through gritted teeth perhaps) and we all celebrate or commiserate together.
Come and join us , have a look at our bulging trophy cabinet, and adopt a team if you need to !!

Is that the same as looking at your etchings?

I don't know which is the least squabbly, but when I make a very occassional visit to 'The Choir' it seems a bit tetchy.

I assumed that the Choir forum would be full of genteel people discussing abstruse byways of CoE service music. I was completely unprepared for the cut-throat rivalry that I discovered before making a hasty exit!

Surely you knew that parish churchres are hot-beds of rivalry & back-stabbing? The flower rota can be a minefield for the unsuspecting new vicar. As for cathedrals, just read your Trollope!

Quite so, The Choir board does seem to be a remarkable and regrettable reflection of real life...

The least squabbly seem to me to be any threads which are not (a) in The Choir section and (b) not headed by a title involving politics or anything directly or indirectly to do with British Sky Broadcasting Ltd.
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                  Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Makes me content to be an atheist!
There are of course a number of members who could create a squabble in an empty forum. No names, no pack-drill!

I would suggest that the early music forum would be the least squabliest, but that would depend on certain ant-HIPP people not visiting it. Probably the Playlist forum - most people who post there seem to be united in their detestation of whatever presenter is under discussion

Mind you, I wouldn't say it was 'good natured', as the OP asked!

i dont know if the Jazzz threads are the least squabbly or the least visited or both .....
According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.

I think I would nominate the "Bargains" thread as very civilised, but pricey!

Strangely enough, Stormy Weather is very placid.
