One reads quickly without always considering context - or even obvious meaning - if sentence structure is ambiguous. A BBC picture caption reads: "A man is comforted at the Gaza Strip's Kamal Adwan Hospital, which has been described as "completely overwhelmed" by Medecins Sans Frontieres"

My father would be happy though that his sentiments are now part of an advertising push - NSPCC was prevention rather than protection.
The real reason though is that the current washing product fad is jelly capsules which risk being confused with sweets by small children, with undesirable results.
