Where to start with this one? Pizzas as sentient beings, an unhappy customer ... However, even using the correct word(I'm assuming the writer meant "revolted") still doesn't change a clumsily constructed sentence.
The owners and staff of Lupa pizza in Norwich are so reviled by the Hawaiian that they have reluctantly added the topping to their delivery menu but only with the eye-watering price tag.

Why 'reluctantly'? Why do they just not offer it? Gives them a bit of publicity, I supposeIt isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

So, chancing their arm at £10 and yes, gaining some publicity too, een at thbe potential loss of some customers for their high-handed approach.
I can remember once (in a restaurant in Lucca) being refused some side dish (might have been spinach) as it was deemed an entirely inappropriate accompaniment to the main dish I'd ordered.

Because, as they explain, surely, no self-respecting Italian would go near such an abomination, sentient or not.
