just on the scrounge for any advice, tips, do's and dont's !!
My daughter has to organise a short tour for a university ensemble.
It needs to be for around 5 days, preferably abroad, preferably somewhere accessible and cheap to get to, and an interesting location for students to visit as well as to perform in.
Places that spring to mind might be Amsterdam, Dublin, Bruges.
Anyhow, at this stage, any general advice, thoughts, warnings, tips , or guidance on any aspect such as travel, accommodation, venues would be great.
She is intending to trawl the other Uni departments and ensembles for advice, but anything you can suggest would be very gratefully received.
