Thanks Alison got this one loud and clear.

That's the trouble, I do worry ! I rather wish Noble Mission wasn't in the race to complicate matters as he is
a flipping good horse.
All I would say is that on Betfair Noble is three times the price of Thomas to win the Leger. It's just possible he
had a hard race at Goodwood too.
Could be another thriller actually !

Just been watching playbacks of this afternoons action.
Really wonderful scenes surrounding Frankel, very poignant with the frail Sir Henry making
his first trip to the races for many weeks.
Very sorry about a disappointing run in the Great Voltigeur. A strange race with our selection hanging
and not looking comfortable with the slow pace early on. I am sure he will prove his class in due course
as I know he is held in very high regard by the Cecil team and was said to look fantastic in the paddock.
The outsider of six won - as they say, that's racing !
Any sense of lingering disappointment was dispelled by the phenomenal Frankel in the next race, a very moving
few minutes.

(similar applies to the middle- and long-distance running events at the Olympics!)

I'm not sure I know enough to understand the previous post fully, but at least it didn't apply to the Juddmonte (to link the themes!) And if there was any plan to eliminate Frankel's final 'sprint' (if he ever really 'sprints') it certainly didn't work. It was enough to bring a tear to the eye as he eased past the pack at the time of Tom Queally's choosing.
