    Raymond Tallis was a fascinating guest - both in his selections, and with plenty of interesting things to say about life, death, Schopenhauer (music as direct expression of the Will), religion.....really worth listening to.

        That could be a comment on Wikipedia, (unreliable) Tallis, (possibly unreliable) or Lee(reliable for laughs at least).

          Not the first time I've been struck by the disproportion of the length of articles in Wikipedia. Perhaps in this case the size of Tallis's entry reflects how well he's known - I hadn't heard of him before Sunday.

            Wikipedia is far from reliable.
            there are many reasons for this, but they include the fact that there are plenty of people who have their online profile professionally "handled". I am not suggesting this is true of Tallis, but it does happen a great deal.
