Here is a part of this delightful grasper's blog. The letter is one that would easily have been written by an AO in the Civil Service, paid around £20,000 pa if she is lucky. In fact, many good ones could have written it with their eyes closed -
As for the general picture in this country, there are some traits among the upper echelons. They encourage each other's greed and defend it. They are full of bull. They tend to turn logic upside down so that the most vulnerable are made to feel that any assistance to them is bad for them. They have umpteen cars so as to muck up the planet further. They breed like it is going out of fashion. Surprisingly frequently they have weirdo lifestyles. In fact, nearly all of them do. Britain's a fantasist's crock of gold.

quite . like all those journalists and politicians who are always happy to suggest that we should keep doing useful rewarding work into our 70'S.
nice work if you are freelancing for the Express, or doing the odd morning on legal work on £250 an hour. Less attractive , though for the 68 year old tyre fitter, the octogenarian year 10 teacher, or the sales rep with 7.5 million miles on the clock.

Would have thought of it before, but thinking is for the likes of dave and emma, not for us ordinary folks.
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
