Is this a boxed set I've missed out on?

Or is it the Dougie Bostock one?

        (What's happened to him?)

Quite tempting but I've bought too much recently, with a listening backlog!

Not a CD but a book by Maria Eckhardt entitled: LISZT'S MUSIC MANUSCRIPTS IN THE NATIONAL SZÉCHÉNYI LIBRARY, BUDAPEST (Studies in Central and Eastern European Music No 2). I've been waiting for a cheap copy of this for years - it usually retails for around £45 but oddly I happened to check on Boxing day and there was a copy for £15 including postage so I bought it. It's currently en route from the US.
                    Best regards,
                    Jonathan

Going though a bit of a French song phase, I recently caught up with the Hahn twofer on Hyperion. I don't so often order Gramophone discs of the year but as a New Year present to myself I have succumbed to Néère/Véronique Gens - due to arrive any time. Reviewed here.

And it's just arrived! Now back to writing (or trying to)...

I know that everyone else will already have it but, having dithered about buying yet another Mahler 3rd (I haven't checked recently but the total number of versions on the shelves must now be well over 25), the new Bernie/Bavarian RSO recording was too strong a siren call to resist. Not yet released in France, it's on its way from JPC (along with the box set of Mario Venzago's Bruckner cycle - they seem to own CPO so it's a lot cheaper from them than from anyone else).

Good combo Dougie, old school Mahler and new school Bruckner. Probably more to it than that actually!

Same here, but not from winnings.
