But what classical CD(s) to spend it on?

    Suggestions from the floor....?
Mitsuko Uchida's Mozart piano sonatas will bring a lifetime of pleasure.

Jeremy Denk's Goldberg Variations is worth it just for the free DVD of him analysing them with wit and clarity (the GVs are superbly performed, too)

Right now I'd recommend the Sinopoli Mahler cycle for under a score incl. P&P.........http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And if you don't mind second hand, get copy of this, from the same site.......and that's great value for a few pence under the your £25 voucher!!!!

                    You never lose it, Beefy.
3 years training in Public sector management didn't get completely wasted.

And the bit over 25 euros is known as " Contingency", I think you will find.

Oh, and i can personally recommend this excellent set, just thought I would let others join in.

Unlike the private sector, spending other people's money & cherry-picking the punters, and fiddling the invoices and the results

Thanks but...tut! You islanders really can't conceive any currency beyond your olde Englishe pounds can ye? (or is that also a public sector thing..?) That price would seem to be expressed with the latinate "£"...
Nobody stopping me from buying from amazon.uk of course but I'd probably get ripped off with amazon's "exchange rate" or such like.

Nice box set but sadly not available o'erseas...
